“The difference between not being open and honest and being open and honest is the difference between mediocrity and greatness.”

That’s Gino Wickman in his keynote at the 2026 EOS Conference. His secret secret secret ingredient to getting everything you want is simply **open and honest**.

I start our sessions with three expectations - one meeting, animal rules, and open and honest. Make the choice for greatness every meeting: start your next L10 reminding the team to be **open** and **honest**.

### Pick Your Session Date

I built a little app, called DayGrid, to make scheduling easier. 99% of the time, we'll schedule our sessions together, but every once in a while you might need a very specific date. If that's true for you, you can use the app to schedule: [choose a date](https://sessions.clayharris.com/client?ref=clayharris.com).

### All 10s Podcast

The tables have turned. Every session I ask you to review your prior quarter. In a recent episode, I reviewed mine.

Let me know how you would have graded my quarter.

Stay focused,
Clay
